(1) The Government of Nepal will create and implement the necessary code of conduct regarding the prevention of sexual harassment.
(2) Every manager subject to the code of conduct made in accordance with sub-section (1) shall make and implement a separate code of conduct according to the nature of the workplace.
(3) It shall be the duty of all concerned to comply with the code of conduct made in accordance with sub-sections (1) and (2).
